All content, features, and functionality of our website and services are owned by Dakshar and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Custom software solutions developed for you may be subject to separate licensing agreements.
Limitation of Liability
Dakshar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services.
